any suggestions on low calorie salad dressing low sodium?

Hi I was using balsamic dressing and loving it untill I was told that high sodium can cause water retention. So then I found another dressing roasted pepper and it has less sodium but still high sodium. I want a dressing that is 20=25 calories per tablespoon because i like to use a lot of dressing. I'm having a hard time finding a yummy ready made salad dressing that is low calorie and low sodium. Anyone have any suggestions on what they use?

Is it true if keep eating say salad 5 days a week for lunch my body will get use to and i will stop loosing weight?

Why don't you make your own salad dressing? I'm sure if you google healthy homemade salad dressing, you will find a LOT. That way you will know exactly whats in it

    Good luck

I just talked to a friend of mine who makes her own with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, spices - oregano, basil, pepper, garlic and that's it :) it's hard to find one pre made that is low fat, low salt and healthy - good luck!!

Salad dressings are super easy to make. Just mix olive oil (as little or much as fits your goals), some type of vinegar (hot sauce or pickled veg works too), spices and mustard (optional).

Balsamic vinegar or lemon/lime juice make a great fat free dressing for those days when you are running high in fat or already have fat in your salad from cheese, avocado or nuts.
