Dominoes gluten free pizza

Has anyone tried any of the gluten free crust? The diet I have been on has pretty much thrown out gluten and my tummy feels oh so much better! However, I am having a pizza craving and I would really like a pacific veggie pizza on the gluten free crust. The calorie counter on Dominoes website says 170 calories and that is in a small pizza. I am not sure if that is per slice in the small pizza or the whole thing! Anybody know?

Quick question: are you eliminating gluten because you're gluten intolerant? Or are you just doing it to do it?

I have not been tested for gluten intolerance, but it is suspected
I am. Since getting rid of a lot gluten in my diet my digestive system has worked better and I have not felt nearly as bad.

I have. I love their gluten-free pizza. I think it's better than their regular crust.

I am guessing it's 170 calories for one slice. There are entries in the database here for some GF pizzas from Dominos. The one I get is around 920 calories for the whole pizza. I have never eaten less than the whole pizza.

Be careful of stuff like that. Sometimes the gluten-free stuff isn't as gluten-free as they claim.
  • So true! Once I was at Pizza Pizza (Canadian chain pizza restaurant) who sell gluten free pizza, but while I was watching them make the crust for mine (and they specifically pointed out while making it to another coworker that it was GF), they rolled in the flour that they made every pizza in. Be careful, but enjoy your gluten free pizza!

I do actually have an intolerance to gluten, and I have never had a problem with Dominos pizza. Obviously if you actually have Celiac's or an allergy to wheat/gluten you should not get it.
