So should I be eating to my goal of 1250 or the net of 1250? this confuses me, and does anyone have any belly blasting tips and or have tried the concoction of apple cider vinegar, honey and water before they eat to boost metabolism?

You want to net 1250, meaning eat back your exercise calories, or most of them. You don't seem to have a whole lot left to lose, so I would at the very least keep your net calories above your BMR (basal metabolic rate). I think there's a calculator on here for that. You can't lose fat from any specific area, it'll come off where your body tells it to come off, but you can do exercises that can change your shape, like lifting weights. I took belly dancing for a little while, and my instructor said it changed the shape of her waist.
Edited to add I'm not commenting on the vinegar thing because I don't believe in that kinda thing.0 -
