Spoon cravings!

Just wanted to share something funny I've been noticing about my go-to comfort foods: almost all of them need to be eaten with a spoon.
Why is that, I wonder?
It can be cereal, mashed potatoes, tomato soup, ice cream, yogurt, peanut butter...and then sometimes I use a spoon even on foods that would be eaten more easily with a fork. Just because I like spoons, I guess.

I'm the same way. I think it's because babies are fed with spoons.0

I UNDERSTAND!!! Is it weird that I eat using a baby spoon? Because, um...I do. LOL! For no particular reason other than I do... I like spoons too. Hmmm. I wonder what that means.0

Heather...you posted your comment as I was posting mine. Must be the inner baby in me LOL!0

It's nice to know we are not alone in our weirdness.0

Yeah, I figure I must be regressing when I need to use a spoon! I'm sure there's some way to psychoanalyze it.:happy:0

I do too! I think its because I think that the food will last longer if I eat with a smaller spoon.0 -
I use a baby spoon too, for things like yogurt, sugar free jello cups, sugar free jello pudding with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips (one of my favorite guilt free desserts). Makes it last longer, a regular spoon and it would be gone in 3-4 bites! And I probably wouldn't remember I ate it! So no, I don't think it's weird. :bigsmile:0

okkkkk ... I was sitting here eating fat free Greek yogurt with a baby spoon and ran across this thread. My reason is that it lasts longer this way. At least I HOPE that's the reason why!0
