Set myself a target on the 28th November 2012 to hit 150 kgs in 6 months. I was 189 kgs in weight. I had doctor check weight and health. I trying so hard to blow this 2 kgs by the 28th but I just seem to have hit a hump. I have become a scale junkie !!
