Basic Body Fat Callipers

Hi,
I received my body fat callipers the other day.
Earlier I used them and found that my BF% is 30.9%, even though that is average for women, but not generally for my age.
My body fat % should be 23.1%.
I've been working by scaled up until now and felt disheartened, now it gives me more control knowing my BF% and what I am aiming for.
It has given me much more incentive.

    Where and what type of caliper did you get? The closer I get to my goal weight the more interested in loosing body fat. i know I am in the overweight or even obese category.

    Hi,
    I got mine on eBay, search for body fat callipers.
    The one I got is only the very basic and cost about £3.00.
