Deadlifts 5xRM or set of 5

When I deadlift, I can't do 5 reps consecutively. I have to take a breath or two, or ten, between reps. But before I finish, I pull 5 reps. Does that mean I've done a set of 5 reps? Or I've done 5 individual RM?

Just curious because I like figuring out what my RM is in those strength standards calculators.
