Do you ever feel you burned more calories than the calculator says you did? Out of just how tired you are?

being tired is a poor indicator of exertion. Being tired is an indicator of not sleeping enough or eating enough usually. If you're constantly being tired after workouts, I would look to your food intake and resting habits first.

Unfortunately, that is a HUGE problem with people getting in shape. Well, actually one of two. The first is over estimating calorie burns. Like the previsou post mentions, exertions isn't the best indicator of calorie burn so when people come off machines they usually think they bunred more than they did, or they get fooled by the machines themselves. The second issue is not realizing just how many calories they take in. They usally under estimate.

Anyway, yes...I have some workouts I come out of with arms that won't go down, legs like jelly, and dripping and I look at my fitness watch and only see around 400 calories gone. It's like, WTH?
