When I started exercising and eating right, mine lasted 2.5 weeks. It can definitely cause changes!

Are you preggers spotting is normal for the first few months. But also could be a bunch of diffrent things why not get a check up a lot of places have free womens clinics
  • Changing diet and exercise can affect your mensus, if you are sexually active, I suggest getting a pregnancy test just to be safe. If it is negative, then it is likely due to your change in activity and diet.

I was spotting before my menstration, then it was like an ongoing faucet. I found out that the Soy- laced vitamins I was taking was the cause. People who are allergic to soy, can develop female issues like my spotting then heavy period, high thyroid levels, Graves disease, etc. Check your allergies

It could be stress (either mental or physical), a change in diet, or you could be pregnant.

Planned parenthood had women's health services on an income-based sliding scale for people without insurance. If you're concerned, it's a great resource. I get my annual exam done there for 100 bucks.
