hi. im trying to get to onderland(under 200)
have been on weight loss journey since jan.
my starting weight was 225

i a stay at home mom and have a husband and a 6 year old daughter and an 11 year old stepson
i live in mi im 360 -
This is the longest I've ever stuck to a weight loss routine. I started MFP about two months ago, and with it's structure I'm almost down 15lbs. This puts me below pre-pregnancy weight! I also love salty foods waaaaay too much. So, watching my sodium has become a hobby for me.
I just signed up for my first 5k that is in October. This has given me a motivation boost, and I'm beyond excited.
P.S. I don't really care for long walks on the beach.
(Oh, I know my ticker says 10lbs lost, but it's actually 14lbs. I just like to weigh in 5's. Didn't want to seem to be giving false info.)

I joined this site today, I am going to be starting my healthy life change next Monday (after grocery day)
I have put on a lot of weight recently from stress etc and I wasnt "small" as it is.
