1 box sugar free jello
6oz. light yogurt (I use Dannon Light and Fit)
Boil 1 cup of water then add jello, stirring til dissolved. Whisk in the yogurt and pour into popsicle molds.
I can usually get 8 serving out of this. Your calorie, carb. etc. count will be different depending on the yogurt you use. When used with Dannon Light and Fit it is:
16 calories
2 carbs
0 fat
1 protein
You can use any combination of flavors. My fav is sugar free raspberry jello and blueberry yogurt0
