Yes I know I eat a lot of pasta, but from what you see what should I cut back a little? Or what do I need? (im not a morning person)

    Yeah eat more. I consider it a very bad day when i eat that little. It happens sometime you dont feel well and it just doesnt happen but this seems daily. Also why not work out you can eat more with better results and i am sure someone more qualified than i can tell ya about bmr muscle lose ect

    its funny to hear myself say this since i hate them but you need more vegetables! i would try to fill up more on veggies and try to cut back on (obviously) the pasta as delicious as it may be.

    Pasta shouldn't be a problem if it fits your macros, I would say more vegetables also! i don't think i saw any in the week i looked at!
