Measurements?

Hi guys and girls.

This topic has probably been posted before, and it's probably on google somewhere too...except i'm heading out of the door to work and don't have time to browse...

Body measurements...Where do I measure my waist from? Is it from where the waist starts to dip in (just under the ribcage)? Or lower down across the stomach area?

i read that if you bend forward there where your belly folds you measure the waist because that is automatic the smallest spot

Yup close to the belly button idk why but that's what the rule is

I was always told to measure your narrowest point for waist and widest point for all other measurements...
