its 3am, and im awake... sad. mostly because im heart broken. stupid right? so i saw these left overs over homemade pasta /coke and ate two bowls. i feel terrible. I shouldnt have.. after this hard work of changing my diet just to cheat. i know it isnt the end of the world though. ive lost 14 pounds already, and i do feel different, but emotions like these are the ones that make me depressed and get me eating a lot.. cheer me up?

As i have said to other, its a marathon and not a sprint. You may stumble and fall, its the getting back up and making up for it that counts.
No need to feel guilty, you have done great so far.

That's not a bad binge, are you eating enough calories throughout the day? I find that that I have no cravings or desire to eat more if I have eaten all my calories 1800-1900. When I tried a 1500 calorie diet, I felt hungry all the time and always on the verge of a binge, leading to diet failure.

Don't look as it as a failure. You went off plan a little, so what? Try to see it as a nice little break and get right back on track tomorrow. If you plan on eating this way your whole life, it's not going to be perfect every day! Getting back on track before that one slip up turns into two, then three, etc... is the important thing. It's about consistency, not trying to be unrealistically perfect.

Plus, you have to eat 3,500 over your BMR to gain just one pound. So if you have a clean day tomorrow, you won't be affected much, if at all, other then a slight stall for a day or two. If you gain it's most likely water retention from the sodium and will go back to normal quickly if you get right back on track! It takes weeks and months of cheating to do damage, not one meal.

Eat slightly under the rest of the week and it will make no difference. And go for a nice long walk to get positive hormones flowing.

One huge binge of mainly carbs will add ZERO to your actual fat weight, unless you do it on regular basis. Don't worry about that...
