My Food Diary

I was just curious if anyone had any opinions and advice for me so far. I'm still struggling and trying to get into a routine.

    Best advice... up your calories! The last few days of your food diary your calorie intake is under 1000 calories. Set your weekly goal to 0.5lbs as according to the ticker on your profile you have about 10lbs left to your goal. Consistantly eating so little will increase muscle loss along the way.

    Add in more food. Add in more fruits and vegetables along with lean meats. Ditch the weight control tablet and the detox tablet.
