Herbalife/Prolessa Duo anyone out there???!!!
Just started this "program" (day 4) and I have lost a few lbs but I am still hungry and it's very hard to stick with shakes with my schedule. And the prolessa doesn't fill me up or figh cravings and it cost a lot of $$$ ..,.. very frusterated and hoping for anyone who's tried these products and can give advice/help please
Please no rude comments, I know that losing is for life and I've maintained a weightloss of almost 80 lbs for past 2ish years - but this last 15 is so hard to get off and I hearf this program (herbalife) was so amazing and would work fine (1 shake daily and sensible eating to maintain) it's just GETTING there that's getting me frusterated
