CONFUSED ABOUT "height to waist ratio"

I've just done this calculation and as you have to measure at your naval and not natural waist I am bigger by 3 or 4 inches, this sends my ratio into overweight (which I am not according to my bmi and bodyfat rates etc.

My stats are

under bra 28in
chest 40in
natural waist 29in
naval 32in
hips 35in
widest hips (bum) 36in

This rate is linked to bad fat as it sits around your stomach, but as I loose it around my stomach I also loose it at the same rate around my hips, making my hips to waist ratio stable no matter what I loose and according to this "overweight".

My question is that even if I manage to get to my thinnest my hips bones are not gonna get any slimmer, and without taking a rib out I doubt my waist will either. Does this take into account all body shapes as unless you are the perfect hourglass shape wide hips tiny waist, your gonna be in the danger zone for heart disease, diabetes etc.

Very de-motivated by this as my body fat is about 25/26% and unfortunately I store mine on my chest / stomach which never changes, even with skinny legs/arms etc.:frown:
