Hi everyone

My name is emma, I am 34 and came across this site by chance, I have been doing it a couple of days now and slowly getting the hang of it, Tuesday I did not eat enough and then I was thinking did I put everything in. I mentally beat myself up daily about my appearance and weight and numbers on the scales - there is only one person who can do this

    Hello, I'm 34 also and have been struggling with my weight for years. This site is the best tool I've ever used. I have been using it for a few weeks to keep up with calories in and out and have lost weight every week. Good luck on your weight loss journey and don't sweat the small stuff. No one is perfect.:happy:
