Hi Everyone!
I'm Chris and have been using MFP since January 2012.
I weighed myself this morning and wasn't surprised to see that I'm 301 lbs.
This is the weight I started off at in January 2012. After getting down to 280 lbs. at this time last year a series of bad things has happened to me that sent me into a downward spiral. It got to a point where I was minutes away from taking my own life, but luckily (in a bizarre way) was so drunk that I passed out. When I woke up the next morning I realized how much I was drowning and reached out for help.
Now thanks to therapy and an extremely understanding partner I'm finally in the head space to get back to it and seriously work on my body and my mind jointly.
I just wanted all who get frustrated and feel that they're not worth it to know that you ARE worth it and it's never too late!
All the best to all who read this and to having success in all your goals be it weight or otherwise!

Chris you are totally worth it!! I am glad you now have the support you need and we will all get to that point in life where we will be comfortable in our bodies! I added this app to my phone Feb or March of 2012 but never "actully" started using it until Feb 2013, and I have finally started to change my lifestyle I can now actully run a 5K without walking any of it I have lost over 25lbs so far and am hoping to loose at least another 30 the right and healthy way! I also would love to be able to run a 10K by the end of fall this year. This program is an amazing tool to help us all on our journy! We can and will do it!!0
