You Are Your Own Gym (YAYOG) alternative moves

I've looked on the forums and internet and I'm trying to find different moves than the ones on the apps.

Like the Let Me In's. I don't have strong enough doors and my door knobs are funky so wrapping a towel around it and hanging off of it will probably result in a broken door and an ER copay.
I found on the internet that Horizontal Pulls are a good alternative.

I have the app on my phone and love it! Every day I'm getting stronger...but I've looked all over to find alternatives to moves and I wish they could just be in one place. Anyone know where I can find alternatives? I'll post what I have so far.

Let Me In's-Horizontal Pull with 10 pound dumbbells.

Let Me Up's-I found some videos of people doing stupid and dangerous things. (like a guy using what looked like a sycthe on some step ladders!) The closest thing I could find was an inverted row but again...you need to go to a gym or have a pole at home. Any alternative would be great.

I'm almost regretting my decision to have mostly IKEA furniture!

I'm still not sure what you are asking. Thier database has alternatives for almost every exercise they give.

The let me ups you can do from under a table.
Do you have a sturdy pole or anything at all that you can pull from?

I'm just asking if there are any alternative moves. Like for the let me in's, I found that you can do horizontal rows with dumbbells and it works the same muscles.

I live in a 3rd floor apartment in the city. So I can't just go out and find a tree to do this on. I have no basement with a support pole. I'm trying to find moves that work the same muscles but just with the free weights that I have. I'd really like to not spend money on getting poles.

Or is it possible to just sub moves. So instead of doing ladders with let me ups could I do them with 8-count body builders or curl ups or is there a dumbbell exercise that mimcs the movement.

I'm sorry if I'm not being clear.

Get a doorway pullup bar and do chair assisted pullups until you are strong enough to do real ones. That is a scalable alternative for all pulling until you are strong enough to need a horozontal/vertical pulling split, which won't occur until pullups start getting easy.
