Goal oriented month of JUNE??

Okay, I've been gone for a couple days... wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing on their goals?

Last check we had 16 people who had a goal they wanted to see worked out in the month of June.

I have kept my goal so far I am exercising 60 mins a day.

    Firstly good for you for losing 30 lbs thats awesome. My goal was to drink more water and do more pushups and situps. I am doing this. I didnt loose really any weight in May, which was a bummer, but the clothes keep getting looser.
