How long is cooked quinoa good for if I keep it in the fridge? Am looking to use it in salads for work over the next few days but don't want it to go bad too quickly!

    Not absolutely sure but I know I've used it up to 4 days after cooking it. I make one cup uncooked at a time and I cook it either in water or low sodium chicken broth.
