Ok, I need some help. For weeks I was eating 1200 calories or less and exercising and not losing any weight. So I did some research on here and figured out I wasn't eating enough. So I calculated my TDEE. My BMR is 1481 and based on my activity weekly it said I should be eating 1837 calories per day.. So I upped my calorie intake to 1500 recently and I gained 4lbs! I am so frustrated and not sure what I am doing wrong. As far as exercise goes, I am doing C25k ( I am on week 3) and I also do 30 minutes on an elliptical when that program is done, I do this 3x per week. On alternate days I am doing P90 master series sculpt 5&6 video at home with dumbbells. I am also using the 100 push up aps and doing pushups 3x per week. I've been tested for medical problems and nothing came up. I rest one day per week. So If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it! It's very hard to stay motivated to lose weight when I am not seeing much results. I have about 28lbs to lose.

When shifting out of the VLCD (1200) to TDEE, it is natural to gain a few pounds before your body adjusts. How long has it been? 4-6 weeks is the best time frame for that to go away (and it WILL).
Don't get discouraged - continue to eat more because you need to fuel the machine!0
