Hey everyone. I do a decent amount of going on walks with either a single or double stroller, but cannot figure out the best way to log it in exercise. It can be a great workout! Thoughts?

Best way would be to get a HRM honestly. I would think it would depend of weight of the kids, speed, up or down hill. Good luck. Keep up the great work.0

In the exercise database, there is an option for walking carrying a child or 15 pound load.... similar. I have always just used the estimated calories on MFP and never had a HRM and it has worked. You can also google "calories burned...." and many times there will be a website that comes up with a calorie calculator. Good luck!0
