I have been using the app, but not on FB. I was 405 in August of 2011, now I am hovering around 218-220. I did most of this by myself, but when I discovered the app I really took off. I had been at around 240 for months, and in last month I have began losing and toning . I swim a mile 6 days a week at the local natatorium, and walk around 10,000 steps a day. At the age of 40 I was 450 had a pacemaker put in, pre diabetic, and COPD on O2 24/7. I decided that I could sit,eat,and die, or do something about it. My diet waS ALMOST EXCLUSIVELY home made soup. now I use app and eat "some" normal foods. But I prefer all home made, less salt,fat, and NO MSG. Anyhoo I feel better than I have is a long time, my goal is around 200. I am 5'8" and 48. I just want to NOT be obese for first time since around 1998.
