how to work out only 1 side of my abs without bending spine?

Ok so the background is that I have scoliosis. I had a surgery done where much of my spine was fused. This means I am physically unable to bend my back. Like many people with scoliosis I have larger muscles on one side of my abdomen. I have lost about 20lbs since I started my weight loss journey. I have already begun to see the depression line start to form down the middle of my upper abs (meaning that I'm starting to get muscle definition to be visible there since the fat in that location is gone). The problem is that my fat was hiding how much bigger my lower abs are on the left side are than the right side ones.
Is there a way to work out just my right side of my abs to make them as big as the ones on the left so I don't look so weird anymore? Seriously those left abs are much bigger. And the difference is showing more and more with every pound I lose.
