So I've been at this for a while....always trying to get rid of "baby" weight (my youngest is almost four ;))....Really it's just trying to get to a place where I am comfortable in my skin again.....ANYWAY....Six weeks ago I started stronglifts...I took two weeks off for my FIRST EVER half marathon (week before and week after) and a couple of weeks I have only been able to go 2x's per week...but I put on my bikini last night to take a pic to compare to the pic from the night before I started stronglifts....and while I have actually gained about a lb over the last 6 weeks I was SO excited last night to see the difference in the pics!!! AND to top it off, my RUNNING has improved and I FEEL stronger!!! Yay NSV!!!!

    That is an AWESOME and very noticeable difference in 6 weeks!!! congratulations!

    Thanks!! I'm loving stronglifts and it's AMAZING to me how quickly my strength has increased! Still running but not training for anything again until July...so heavy lifting is my main focus right now :) that and some mobility work!
