So when i am at the gym and running on the bike, and pushing myself as hard as i can go, the bike only asks for age. But it says that i only burn like 50 calories in like ten minutes of working my butt off but on here i put stationary biking and it says its like 500 calories. so which on is right. is it because i weight a lot more so i burn a lot more running on the bike?

The MFP exercise tracker is a notorious over-estimator. The bike may be underestimating as well, unfortunately. The best way to tell would probably be with a heart-rate monitor.

Not sure about "running on a bike" but cycling on a stationary bike doesn't use more calories if you're heavy as you aren't moving your body through three dimensions to expend energy.

I think on my actual bike with heart rate monitor set up I used nearly 900 calories in 1h45m (16 miles) less the 140 I would have used anyway means an extra burn of 760 cals or 7.2 per minute.

I tend to cycle on level 9/10 for 10 minutes and it says I burn over 100 calories, so if you're around that level you should be burning more!

The numbers on here tend to be twice as much as I actually burn as a rule of thumb (both at my starting weight and now)! You really need a HRM to calculate your exercise calories correctly in my opinion. If you are heavier, you do burn more but exactly how much more can only be correctly determined with a HRM.
