PCOS

I there I just found out that I have PCOS. I have heard a lot of things and am trying to do some research as to what it is that I should eat and not eat. There seems to be a lot about my carb intake? Also I read that processed food is very irritating to someone that has PCOS? Can anyone help me with diet and what works best?

Yeah PCOS sucks.
Limit/eliminate as much simple sugars as possible and limit carbs (white grains and pastas). Easier said than done but do your best0 -
Sorry to hear about that

Balls to PCOS, I have it and it hasn't stopped me with anything.
Eat right, kick *kitten* and don't let it affect you.
I've lost 11lbs in the past 6 months because of using this wonderful device and staying dedicated.
It's all in the mind... GOOD LUCK :happy:0 -
I have it too and it hasn't stopped me from doing anything. The doctors even said that they doubted I would have kids but I just had my 2nd little girl nine weeks ago. I have not really changed my diet because of the PCOS but because I wanted to be a healthy role model for my girls. Don't let it worry you too much just eat right, exercise, and become the you you want to be, If you need any support feel free to add me!0
