Eating Food Is Finally Mainstream

This is the best advice I can ever give someone about losing weight: Eat enough food to fuel your daily life. Lift the heaviest things you possible can with out injuring yourself. Unless you have a medical reason that requires it, there is no reason to cut out entire food groups. Don't starve yourself.

I've been trying to get humans to eat more food and lift heavy things for a while now. Amber at GoKaleo has done a better job of it and has been featured in the Huffington Post today. Rock On!
