I added and shared this under the food section: Celeste's Lahvash. I just had them with Monterey Jack sprinkled on top before baking. Seriously tasty and healthy!

3-c Whole Wheat Flour
1-c Oat Bran Flour (just grind rolled or cut oats)
2-T Sesame Seeds
2-T Olive Oil
9-11 oz Water
2-t Kosher Salt
1-t Honey

Combine all and knead for a few minutes. Dough should be slightly wet but not sticky. Divide into 4, then each portion into 4, for a total of 16-balls. Roll into 6" rounds. Sprinkle with cheese. Pop into a 400F oven for about 5-minutes or until cheese melts. Don't overcook.

This recipe makes great crackers too. Rehydrate with a wet paper towel in an airtight container for 30-minsand wrap up a sandwich or pinwheels.

Enjoy!
