I have been on My Fitness Pal for a while but fell off for quite a while also. Just about 3 weeks ago I was in the yard with my kids and it hit me like a ton of rocks... You have to get back to it. Eating healthy and getting active, If you want to be around for your little girl and little man so the next day I started following the primal way of eating, Partially because I know my absolute weekness is carbs in general but I have been able to tell a difference by cutting out the gluten and all the processed garbage. After about 2 weeks of primal living I started noticing some changes and became more motivated to continue what I was doing.
Later that week a friend recommnded I watch " Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" If you have seen this you probably know where this is going, I instantly decided that I could do that. I could easily drink fresh made juice and absorb all the great nutrients and and lose weight.... Well In a sense I was right, I can but I decided the best and healthiest way for me to do this was to drink juice for my breakfast, lunch and snack and eat a sensible dinner, sticking with the natural aspects of primal. This is when MFP came back into play, I needed to know that I was not starving myself with the juice which Thank to MFP I know that I am not. I have about 150 more pounds to lose to reach my goal and I think that being back on MFP is the best possible strategy I can have.
