Starting my level 1 tomorrow. This will be my third time starting it and I really hope I can finally get to level 2 with other ladies on the journey with me.
Ha! me too!! I have done week one 3 times.0 -
I am "restarting" it. Tried it months ago, and gradually stopped within the week.
Started Level 1 today and will hopefully do it for the full 30 days.0 -
I was thinking about starting on June 1. I want to do it the entire month of June. I'm a teaching assistant, and it's the last week of work next week before the summer, so it's super crazy. Anyone starting then? I tried it a few months ago, but after a week I was cursing Jillian's name lol, but I'd like to try again.
Anyone doing before and after photos?0 -
I'm going to start it later on today, May 25. This will be the second time I've started it. The last time I gave up within the first week, my body was legit in so much pain. I am all about checking in each day and keeping accountable!0

I'm with you. We can do this!!!! 25 more days. What is your biggest challenge? After motivation, mine is the cardio sections...I feel like a wimp. Let's keep on though, everyday is a day closer to 30

I'm not doing to bad on the cardio sections. I will admit to only using 2lb weights as level one is getting easier maybe I'll move up to the 3lbs weights and see if that makes much difference.0 -
Ok, I did it for 6 days in a row and I'm exhausted today. Staying within 1200 calories but skipping the shred today Maybe I'll get a surge of energy after dinner.0

I am starting tomorrow!!! Would love to join you and keep ourselves motivated!0

So..I don't know why but this workout even at only level one seems to be getting harder..I cannot keep up with every jumping jack. Anyone else think its getting more difficult? Not sure why my body is feeling this way. I am on day 80

Hi everyone! I am on day 4 of the 30 day shred. This is technically my 34th consecutive day. I finished my first round 4 days ago and got such great results I decided to re do it ! Believe me at the beginning of round one I didnt think I was going to make it 30 days. Level one was killer for me, but now i can breeze through it. When I first started I could not do a push up to save my life. I had no upper body strength what so ever. Now I can do all the push ups and then some. I lost 6 lbs the first round and hope to have the same loss this round. I have another 14 lbs to lose.0

I started last week! Would love to share the motivation and support!0

I also have the GM 30 day shred. I haven't done it in a while and haven't gotten past level 1 yet! I also do boot camp every Monday for an hour; love that class!!! Need something to help give me a kick in the butt!!!0

Its not an easy work out, that's for sure. Give yourself a chance; it does get a bit better. I usually have to take a small break to catch my breath, but then I continue.0

I started it today! I already did it once a year ago and it gave me such awesome results I decided to do it again in time for summer! Started straight from L2, which absolutely killed me. Planning on doing it 2xday (morningn&night) for some good results0

First day today! Love the idea of being able to share thoughts about it with others! I have never done the 3-2-1 before. Tough at first... I might have called Jillian an inappropriate name or two. Hope we all get the results we're after! I can already feel the soreness in my legs.0

I do both 30DS and ripped in 30! Love my JM DVDs0

I'm looking to get the DVD and start it this weekend0

I'm on day 19 and just started level 3 (this is my 2nd time starting it so I skipped level 1), thinking that this might of helped me lose the inches but so far nada the lbs are coming off, but I'm the same bust, under bust, waist, hips and thigh measurements that I was before I started (plus clothes don't feel any looser). I don't even know where I'm going wrong....
30DS isn't my only form of exercise - I do HIIT and also cardio (running) and squash. If I could swap the weight loss for the inch loss I'd be happy but I'm just as miserable being 10lbs lighter0
