I weigh in tomorrow

It's my first time weighing in since switching to weekly after a particular demotivating weigh-in (I used to weight daily). I'm hoping for the best, but anxious for the worst. D: Am I being overly dramatic? Is it that TOM? Is my favorite color a mostly-green-teal-with-a-little-bit-of-blue?

I am going to do positive thinking here. You are going to do better than you thought you would. Good luck

For people that like to weigh daily but get demotivated when you don't like what you see, I recommend www.weightgrapher.com I have been using it for about a month, you log your weight every day, and it shows you your trend. So even if you fluctuate up you can see the visual of it still overall going down :) I love it

Also, I only log on MFP on Fridays :)

I'm weighing in tomorrow too. Friday a.m.'s are the best for me. Keeps me in check for the weekend.

You are most definitely right, and I did very well this week with logging. kaos-brownusagi05.gif

That's why I picked Friday too. Also, I do much better during the week, so my weigh-in won't be representative of a bad weekend or something. x3

I have been using the learn program and from one week to the next I gained 4 lbs and I had been doing everything right. No cheating. Counselor said to not let it bother me and keep doing what I have been doing. She was right a week later I was down 8 lbs. for a net lost of 3 lbs for the 2 week period. She said that just happens sometimes and not to let it bother you. It helps to look at the long term and at that point I had lost 21 lbs even with the weight gain that one week. As long as you keep doing it right it will show.
