Scrambled egg with chicken sausage (babies + baby mommas).
There's a Japanese dish made with chicken and egg. It's called "Oyako", which means "parent and child".

Just finished a haystack:
* Organic corn chips
* Pinto beans
* Cheese
* Alfalfa sprouts
* Olives
* Green Salsa
Layer and enjoy. Delicious! Full of protein and nutrition. I would have added lettuce and spinach if I'd had it. Red salsa is good, and sour cream is too, but I find it much healthier without that.0 -

A Carolina sandwich (modified): Tomatoes, Avocado, Cucumber, Swiss Cheese, (I added some Mesquite smoked turkey), light mayo, grey poupon, dash of ground pepper and sprinkle of Caesar dressing on whole wheat bread. SUPER DELISH! That was lunch!!0
