should you do a different exercise each day?

I workout 3-4 times a week, at home using workout dvds. Should i do the same exercise everyday or mix it up. I do interval exercises and use hand weights. I'm not sure if i should be concentrating on legs/bum one day and upper body the next or is it ok to just mix it up? Any help/advise would be most helpful.
