Hi everyone. I'm just getting started on my get-in-shape journey... I've always been active with my children... but since having my 3rd baby, I am definitely seeing and feeling the differences from having a baby at 20 and having a baby at 26! It seems way too hard to get this extra fat off of my tummy! I have about 10 pounds to lose. I have a bad habit of eating junk... I'm always on the go so fast food is easiest. I also love sweets and beer... I've made a commitment to cut down on it all though, and do a bit of exercising at home for now.
I would appreciate having motivators in my friend's list, as well as those who don't mind sharing their knowledge of what foods to eat, and how to keep from feeling hungry in the afternoons! (That is what I am struggling with now...)
