time of the day I do measurements?

I have a question, I just completed the first level of 30DS this morning but did not have time to do my measurements this morning. Does it matter if I do it this evening? Will it make a difference? Or should I wait and do it before my workout in the morning?

    My measurements can dramatically change during the day so I would wait and do them first thing in the morning if I was you.

    To be completely honest, i tend to make my "before" look worse by doing it at the end of a day, then i see immediate results!

    I wish i had taken measurements when i started 30ds or even mfp at all, since i'm down 37 lbs and my pants are falling off! I haven't lost a lot while doing the 30 ds, but i have changes I can tell from my clothes

    So have you lost the 37pds from doing 30DS? You lost enough inches to notice your clothes were looser from 30DS?

    Thanks everyone! I will wait and do it in the morning! I usually do my measurements on Saturday mornings after I get up but I finished 10 days of it TODAY so I wanted to be accurate about my first level measurements. If I wait till Saturday that will really be Level 1 plus some of Level 2. Just trying to be accurate & true to myself!

    I lost the 37 lbs over the last 90 days on mfp by eating less.

    I have actually barely lost weight since i have been doing the 30 day shred. I started level 1, did 10 days straight, then hurt my knee, took a while off, then started level 2 again, and am doing every week day for a while... so i can't say I'm "following the program" But since i have started this second time at level 2, i can feel a difference in my clothes, even though i haven't lost a lot in the last week or so.
