My fiance made a frozen thin crust pizza for supper today, and i had 1/4 of it but I didnt eat the bread part of it, just the toppings. How would I track that?

If he made it from scratch, he should be able to tell you what went into it. Just try and guestimate how much tomato sauce, cheese etc and add them separately. Even if he just heated up a ready made one, you should be able to guess the basics of what's in it. It's not going to be very accurate, but it'll give you a general idea. I won't even try to imagine why you would only eat the toppings. :ohwell:
