Anyone have some breakfast ideas? No oatmeal I always gain when I eat oatmeal.

Eggs. Hard boiled ahead of time or cooked with cooking spray. One large egg on two slices of Sara Lee light wheat bread (45 cal/slice) and a Yoplait greek 100 yogurt. Filling and about 270 cals. Add a couple of apricots to get to 300.0

I love a boiled egg, (semi runny center) over small fresh baby spinach and whole wheat toast. Yum!0

I have been making an egg cassarole (and I really don't like eggs at all).
It has Simply Potato shredded potatoes, eggs, shredded reduced fat cheese and ham. Nom Nom NOOOOMMMMM!
I fix it sunday night and it lasts me all week, and reheats beautifully! I typically eat around 7-7:30 and it has been holding me over till around noon0 -
I eat one cup of milk with one cup of cereal that totals up to 200cal.....then i chose a fruit of any choice0

I'm a toast and coffee girl myself but I usually add a couple of eggs on lifting days.0 -

Vans eight grain waffles with two tablespoons of peanut butter and a serving of fruit
Cantaloupe with 1/4 cup of part-skim ricotta cheese
Protein shake with Almond or Soy Milk with a serving of fruit
Steel cut oatmeal with cinnamon, almond milk, and an apple0 -
Oatmeal. That's the only idea I have ever had. Sorry.0

Toasted raisin bread spread with cottage cheese topped with slices of apple and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Mmmmmmmmm0

I forgot frosted mini wheats. I love those!
Oh and Cocoa Puffs, but I think those taste better on ice cream around 4:00 p.m. after a good workout.0
