I Met My Calorie Goal BUT Went Over Macro Limits.....

Today I met exactly at my goal of 1200 calories, BUT I went over on my macro limits.............OOPS! .............

Anybody else done this? :tongue:

    I'd say over on protein is a good thing - MFP's settings are notoriously low for this. You're barely over on carbs, and actually I'd be more worried about being so low on fat - healthy fats are necessary!

    As for the sugar - ditch the non-fat yogurt thing for a full or low fat plain Greek yogurt and add your own fresh fruit, and you'd be lower on sugar and much better on the fat. :wink:

    I was going to say not to worry about being over on sugar if it's from fresh fruit & veggies, but looks like it's mostly from ice cream bars and that non-fat yogurt (which was the highest in sugar!). :tongue:

    Haha! Yeah I did have a lot of ice cream, fruit snacks and un-needed sugar! :-D
