Need some advice on eating habits and maybe a gym partner

I just starting logging on my food and such. I am keeping up with eating less calories than it states that I should have, but my sugars and sodium is too high. I do not currently have health problems with that, but a little concerned that they are going over almost every day. Really need some advice with foods that are filling and not packed with junk. I have been eating more fresh things and can say that I am proud that I was able to go to a retirement party and not have any cake!

Second thing is that I really need a workout buddy/partner. I do not currently have a gym membership honestly because I do not have anyone that would go with me on a regular basis. My boyfriend tries to be encouraging, but it is just not the motivation that I need. I am currently 320 at one doctor's office and 298 at another...so I am somewhere in between there. What I really want is to feel healthy and not look in the mirror and think about how fat I look.

Suggestions? Help? It is all taken in. Thank you in advance for the help :)
