First speed bump - HORMONES!

My husband and I are a little over a week into our journey and I've been astonished how I've been feeling NOT deprived and NOT interested in 'junk food"....until today. This is the first day I've felt truly not satisfied. I'm not HUNGRY and I actually realize the difference that right now I just WANT something that could be deemed 'naughty' but knowing that doesn't make the want go away. I'm pretty sure it's a particular phase of hormones that is making me WANT. Hoping a cup of cocoa (that I can afford, calorie-wise!:D) will calm the hormone-beast a little.
