Hula Hoops

My friend has started a hula hooping class. It stands to reason that using one of these weighted hoops would really help tone the midsection. Has anyone tried this and had success with it?

    I love it! I do about 30 minutes once a week. It burns about the same amount of calories as a brisk walk. And it really makes you feel your ab and back muscles. Plus, it's just super fun! I just do it at home, pop in some fun music and go. Or do it while I watch TV.
