Hi all,

So I thought I'd share with you a picture of my success SO FAR! I still have a way to go but here goes nothing.

36744638_7067_zps0238ee3c.jpg

It has taken me a long time to get to where I am, four months and quite a small loss of 15lbs but I can see by the picture that my body shape has changed. I got here by healthy eating, bouts of 30 day shred, couch25k, gym with a lot of cardio, when I get my head around it I would like to start NROL4W. I also started pole fitness 6 weeks ago which has done wonders for my arms and core!

As of this week I have started intermitent fasting (5:2) as my weight had come to a standstill the last month or so! So I am hoping it will help boost my weight loss!

Thank you for reading beautiful people!

great job!!! It looks like you lost way more than 15 pounds!

I'm in the same boat as you ... started up in January and have only lost 16 pounds. Can be very frustrating to see the scale move so slowly. But seeing your transformation with a 15 pound loss is great motivation to continue and push hard!

Yup and still in the overweight range of BMI, at 186.6lbs and 5ft10.

Have about 18lbs to first proper goal :) which will just put me in the healthy range :)

Thank you all for your kind words!

Great Job! I've been doing the Leslie Sansone Walk @ Home along with walking about 10 a week on the local track; BUT my eating hasn't been consistent and I've lost 6lbs, 2 inches off the hips and a half inch off the waist! You are moving in the right direction and looking fabulous! ~~KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK~~
