Sweet and Sticky Pork Tenderloin

Ok, so this is a home recipe so I don't have all the caloric information, but as long as you don't bathe it in sauce it should be ok, just a few added calories to your portion.
What you need:
Pork Tenderloin (as many as you'd like)
Equal parts Teriyaki marinade, honey, dijon mustard
Fresh garlic, the more the merrier!
That's it! Marinade in a zipper bag overnight, and grill over a medium heat or bake at around 300. Use the extra marinade on the meat as it cooks, the mix will thicken as you baste it so don't go overboard or it ruins any healthy aspect.
I have yet to have pork tenderloin any better than this, and I've tried dozens of combinations.
