    Trust me, there are puffs of fat here and there, and a couple of flabby spots. Anyway, that goal was set 2-3 months ago and since then I have decided to go for a "screw the scale!" attitude. The sticker isn't even that accurate because I lost some weight before I joined MFP too. :)

    I pretty much aim to tone my thighs and build up some muscle here and there. No big changes really.
