Hey there :)

I just started the clean-eating program after I gained about 10 kg on a travel-gap-year. I usually love exercise, especially Yoga, and Dancing but I thought I have to start jogging, since you can do it at any time of the day and I really used to hate it so it is another aim of mine, to be able to jog a long distance! Since I just started, Im running about 20-30 minutes but every day. I feel like I need to run everyday, because when I give myself free days, I can not find the motivation anymore to start again the next day, or just give myself "free days" when I am actually supposed to work out.
Another thing is that I just started running in the mornings which is THE most horrible thing ever for me! I am really not a morning person, and every morning I have the biggest fight, putting on my shoes and going outside for a run. I also have really few energy in the mornings, and I feel like my body is very weak and not able to do the exercise, even though it is no problem in the afternoon or evening. But I read so many times that jogging in the morning is better and It is also a challenge for me which I really want to win ;)!!
Now my question is, if anyone has any tips how I can deal better with it, or if it will always stay the same but maybe my mind will get stronger ;)!!
Would be really happy for some extra motivation, since I am not sure yet how much longer I will make it!!
Thank you so much already :)!!

Well, when you sleep at bed imagine that you are running, close your eyes, pretend, say to yourself "I;m running", etc. Do this for like 10 or 15 min, or more, before you get out of bed and then go for a run. That's a little psychological trick, if your mind thinks that you are already running it will be easier to start. Also, go preferably without any showering, working near PC, reading a newspaper... or whatever people usually do at mornings while they wake up. Because that effect will be pretty much gone after a while, if you stop imagining... ^^

And yes, it's easier to keep going when you are already oiled up engines. So if you would do it every day or by certain preset times, it will be easier than if you would just do it once in a while/randomly. First 30 or so days are that hardest, after that it kinda starts to become an automatic habit.

Also, BS.. jogging is not better or worse at any time of day. It's all about preference. Personally, I prefer to run at mornings cos I feel better when doing cardio fasting, gives me more energy that if I would ate and then would run after a hour or two, and it also helps wake me up what I like. But if you hate to run at mornings then don't do that. It's neither better or worse.

Personally, I would not do cardio what I hate to do. That's like torturing yourself. Why would you do that? But hey, that's just me... :/
