Who has tried making zeggs? I tried them this morning, but they ended up rather watery and mushy. I didn't blend up my egg whites before adding them to the water, wondering if that would make a difference?

    That's the one I tried! I usually make egg whites and apples which works out really well. This combo with the zucchini is watery. Also thinking I don't like it with the cocoa. Might just stick to cinnamon and similar spices.

    ETA - You cannot taste the zucchini :)

    Interesting. I wouldn't mind the zucchini taste anyway, I LOVE zucchini. I know that it does hold a lot of water so maybe you gotta squeeze it out a bit? hmmm
