How do you guys track your weight training (weight used, sets, reps, etc)? Thanks in advance.

Check out JeFit. There is a free and paid version, plus there are a ton of workouts that can be downloaded to use.

When I did Strong Lifts, I used an app.

Now, I'm doing Wendler and I chart out my entire workout schedule for a cycle on paper. I keep the papers in my gym bag for reference. Then, I put my info into the exercise notes here so I can track any changes I made or anything else I did.

I just use a little notebook. I write down the date, my weight, which lifts I do, and each set by weight and reps. At some point I might exert my inner nerd and put these into a spreadsheet or database. The important thing is to keep track of it somehow so you know what you did last time and what you have to do to improve on it.
